The product
The Pickleball Command System is a digital product made of downloadable PDF files, as described on the sales page. It is not a physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is delivered through your Hotmart account right after your payment is approved.
The price is shown in US dollars on the sales page and is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Optional add-ons may be offered at checkout; they are separate purchases and are described there.
Payments
Checkout and payment processing are handled by Hotmart. Hotmart may apply its own terms to the payment. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Your license
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read, print and fill in the files for your own use. The second pocket card in the Match Day Command Card is meant for your playing partner. You may not resell, share, upload or distribute the files or their content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Educational purpose and no guarantee of results
The product is educational. It explains a way of making decisions on a pickleball court. It does not promise any rating, ranking, DUPR change or match result, and results vary with how you practice and play.
Physical activity
Pickleball and the drills in the product are physical activities. Play within your limits, warm up, use suitable equipment and court conditions, and check with a doctor if you have any health concern. You are responsible for your own safety while practicing or playing.
Rules and third parties
Rules in the product are cited from the 2026 USA Pickleball Official Rulebook. Rules can change over time, so check the current rulebook for official play. We are not affiliated with USA Pickleball, the PPA Tour or DUPR. Their names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Intellectual property
The text, diagrams, designs and files of Pickleball Command are owned by Costa Launch LLC and protected by copyright.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and the product are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you bought.
