This website, pickleballcommandsystem.com, is operated by Costa Launch LLC, 2001 Timberloch Place, Suite 500, The Woodlands, TX 77380. If you have any question about your personal information, write to support@pickleballcommandsystem.com.
What this website collects
This website has no sign-up forms and no user accounts, and it does not set its own cookies.
- The servers that host the website automatically process technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
- The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when the page loads.
If we add analytics or advertising measurement tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
When you buy
Checkout happens on Hotmart, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your full card details. Hotmart shares with us the information we need to deliver and support your purchase, such as your name, email address and the details of your order.
How we use your information
- To deliver the product and give you access to it.
- To send emails about your purchase, including delivery and a short series of practice emails in the weeks after you buy. You can ask us to stop them at any time.
- To answer your support messages and process refunds.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as Hotmart for payments, product delivery and email, and our website host, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase information for as long as we need it to provide the product and support, and as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to support@pickleballcommandsystem.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This website and the product are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
