The guarantee covers The Pickleball Command System and any optional add-on you bought with it through this website. You do not need to explain why, show your work or fill in a form.
How to ask for a refund
Within 30 days of the purchase date, do either of these:
- Email support@pickleballcommandsystem.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it.
- Request the refund directly through your Hotmart account, where your purchase is listed.
How the refund is paid
Payments for this product are processed by Hotmart, so the refund is issued by Hotmart to the original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your payment method and your bank.
Once a refund is issued, access to the product files in your Hotmart account ends.
After 30 days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date are outside this guarantee. If something went wrong with your files or your access, write to us at any time and we will help.
